A 1 day workshop designed for people who find that fear stops them from doing what they want to do. In a supportive, fun environment learn a wide range of techniques to  break free from fear.  Perfect for people with fears of all kinds including fear of failure, rejection or ridicule, abandonment, public speaking, spiders, heights, crossing bridges, losing control, death or injury and many more. It doesn’t matter whether your behaviour is only slightly or largely controlled by fear, this workshop will teach you how to break free from it, so it is easier for you to do what you want.
