Emotional Abuse
 

 
  A 2 day workshop designed for those who continue to find themselves in painful adult relationships. This workshop has a particular focus on understanding emotional abuse and how to break free from it. Participants will learn about all the different kinds of emotional abuse —domination, verbal assault, unreasonable expectations, emotional blackmail, unpredictable responses,  constant criticism, character assassination, gaslighting, constant chaos, and sexual harassment.

They will learn about the many different types of emotional abusers, how to recognize them and not let yourself get abused in the future. Abusers can be parents, bosses, partners, friends, our children, even strangers who we interact with in the street. Participants will be helped to understand why they have attracted in abusive people and how to identify and complete the unfinished business from their past that leads to this. They will learn how to ensure that they don’t repeat the cycle of abuse with their own children, as well as how to create and maintain healthier relationships with themself and others in the future.
