Jill Bolte Taylor, a brain scientist, who was able to study
herself while she had a stroke. She explains the functions of
each side of the brain (Left Hemisphere = past & future
focussed, linear, logical, it analyses data and projects future
options based on all of that data, it sees self as an
individual. Right Hemisphere = present moment focussed, senses
energy, sees perfection & self as one with everything else).

the underlying emotional trauma.
