Overview
Jodi-Anne mentors people in their healing
journey - helping them to release pain from their pasts, change unsupportive
beliefs, raise their self esteem and take steps to create the life they want to
live. Helping you to:

Release trauma, emotional pain and
sub-conscious stress - When we experience trauma the
emotional pain and shock gets remembered within the body. It is
stored in the cells and chakras. It acts as a self protection
mechanism, a warning system, to keep us alert and on guard to avoid
that type of event again. Part of healing requires releasing that
trauma, emotional pain and stress from the chakras and the cells so
that the body can relax and be at peace, to come out of fear (the
fight, flight or freeze response) and just BE.
- Psych-K stress release process
used to release conscious and sub-conscious stress from current or past
events.
- Psych-K Life Bonding Balance used
to release trauma from conception, birth and throughout the client's life.
Also assists in reducing fear of death.
- Psych-K Relationship Balance used to
deepen the understanding between two people by identifying and
transforming the issues that challenge them. This works regardless of whether the
other person is present, alive or not. It aids with forgiveness and
acceptance leading to healing for the client and altered functioning in
relationships.
- Reiki healing energy, chakra balancing,
crystals, sound used to release trauma and energetic blockages from
the body. Filling the body with positive energy to be used for healing
and balancing. Very relaxing and calming.
- Flower Essences - Bach Flower
Essences, Avalon Rose Essences, Chakra Essences - used to support the
body to release moods, emotional patterns and energy blockages, to find
balance, and assist with personal and spiritual development.
Release self defeating and negative beliefs
and reprogram your sub-conscious mind with self supportive and
positive beliefs -
Up to the age of 6 years old our
brains are functioning in Delta and Theta mode. In this mode
everything that is heard is stored automatically in the
sub-conscious mind and believed as true. If a baby or child is told
it is bad, naughty, stupid, unwanted, not good enough, ugly,
worthless, a problem it believes it. If it is told or shown through
the actions of those they interact with that the world is a
dangerous place, people are out to get you, money corrupts or
there’s never enough of it then the child believes it and absorbs
that programming.
It is not until 6 years of age when the Alpha brainwave mode starts
that the child’s conscious mind develops the ability to notice
inconsistencies in data and to question whether what it is told is
true. However, by then the sub-conscious mind has been programmed
with many unhelpful beliefs about self and the way the world works.
These programs are like tape recordings that play over and over
again, affecting how the person thinks about themselves, what they
experience in life and how they behave. The sub-conscious mind is
much more powerful than the conscious mind. The sub-conscious mind
represents 95% of our cognitive ability. It regulates all our bodily
functions, makes sure our hearts keep beating, our food is digested
and waste eliminated. It functions below our level of awareness. The
conscious mind represents only 5% of our cognitive ability. That is
why you may consciously think that you are a lovable, worthwhile
person but find that you keep self sabotaging, feeling not good
enough, and not capable or deserving of love, happiness and health.
Your sub-conscious programming from childhood overrides your
conscious thought. This is why affirmations (consciously repeating a
positive statement) will not always work. You also need to change
the sub-conscious program. Otherwise no matter how many times you
tell yourself ‘I love and accept myself just the way I am’ you won’t
really believe it. Part of healing involves releasing these
self-defeating and negative beliefs and reprogramming the
sub-conscious mind with positive and self supportive beliefs.
- Psych-K Belief Balance used to
identify and change unsupportive beliefs into supportive ones. The
process can be used to change a specific belief that you are aware of or
can be used to identify which negative belief you have from lists of the
commonly held ones.
- Psych-K Core Belief Balance is an efficient
way to discover and change "core beliefs" that may be blocking you from
achieving your desired goals in life. The balance includes 13 pairs of
belief statements that focus on empowering you and releasing
self-sabotaging patterns. It programs positive beliefs of self love,
capability, support and happiness.
- Psych-K Positive Intent Balance used to identify what
'unmet need' leads to undesired behaviour and balances to meet the need,
enabling behaviour to change. The client becomes aware of the 'payoffs'
they've gained from staying stuck and why sub-consciously they had been
choosing to stay that way.
- Psych-K Rapport and Non-verbal Rapport Balances used to
assist individuals to be able to communicate more effectively with
others. It looks at language preference (Visual, Auditory, Kinaesthetic
modalities) and mirroring (breathing, posture, facial expressions,
movement). [I was not surprised to find I tested weak and needed to do
balances to be able to effectively listen to others in all three
language preference modalities. This makes sense - as a result of living
in a verbally abusive household as a child - whenever any one talked to
me, part of me was subconsciously scanning for danger, on high alert.
Much of my energy was focussed on this instead of on participating in
the conversation. The interaction was seen as a threat hence I reacted
uncomfortably and found it hard to actually listen to the other person!
After doing this balance it was much easier to interact with and listen
to others.]
Reintegrate your shadow, evolve your
sub-personalities and self actualise - When born we have
the potential to feel all emotions and behave in all ways. Based on
how we are treated we learn to suppress certain emotions and
behaviours. Babies need their parents to look after them, their
survival depends on it, so they automatically shift their behaviour
towards doing more of what gets them nurturing and approval. They
push away and reject the behaviour that gets them frowned at, told
off or punished. Hence they end up only allowing themselves to
behave in a limited number of acceptable ways. The disowned and
rejected behaviours, called sub-personalities, get buried inside the
body. It uses energy to keep them buried, to monitor and make sure
we don’t behave in those unacceptable ways.
The human psyche does not like to be split so the buried items, also
known as our Shadow, resurface trying to get us to heal and accept
them.
For example if you have disowned laziness and selfishness and
focused on pleasing and helping others as your way of getting
approval and feeling good about yourself, then you will attract in
people who are lazy and selfish or you will experience events that
make you behave that way (usually through exhaustion and burnout) so
that you balance up and accept that part of yourself. You eventually
learn it’s okay to take some time for yourself, you learn to say no
and be a little bit selfish. If you run from that person or event
you repeat the pattern over and over until you do learn the lesson.
If you rejected anger you will attract in angry people or events to
make you see that it’s okay for you to feel and express a little
anger. It is the same for any disowned part. You will attract in
people or events to make you face and reintegrate that part of
yourself. This process occurs until you learn to love and accept all
of yourself. You come back to wholeness where you can choose from
all behaviours using an Aware Ego.
All sub-personalities are trying to help you in some way. They may
however be trying to help you achieve an old goal such as getting
Mum or Dad’s approval, keeping safe, avoiding pain or embarrassment.
As a result their behaviour may seem unhelpful, but they are just
keeping you small or safe as that is what their programming tells
them to do. Part of healing requires evolving your sub-personalities
so that they are helping you to achieve your new goals such as
loving yourself, being successful, happy and healthy.
- Identifying your personality
structure used to identify your dominant and disowned
sub-personalities and the impact of this on your life. Ways that you can
alter your behaviour to 'balance' up can then be identified.
- Getting messages from your
sub-personalities talking to them to find out what role they play,
what they are helping you to do and what they want from you - their
advice. This helps create an Aware Ego and separation from the
sub-personalities who no longer rule your life or have to be so
demanding since you take the time to listen to them.
- Evolving your sub-personalities
through guided meditation. This is used when the behaviour of a
sub-personality appears to be unhelpful (i.e. a part of you keeps
self-sabotaging, keeping you small, feeling awkward, a failure, not good
enough, etc). When this is happening it is usually because the
sub-personality is still programmed to help you achieve an old goal
which worked in childhood (i.e. It may criticise you severely before you
speak or act with the belief that this helps you to not do anything
foolish and therefore avoids others criticising you. In this way the
sub-personality feels it is protecting and helping you). Through the
guided meditation you can assist the sub-personality to let go of that
old goal and to see how it can help you achieve your new goals (i.e. to
be happy, successful, confident, connect with others, wealthy).
Understand the spiritual and psychological
journey that life is - Jodi-Anne assists clients to
look at the events in their life from a spiritual and psychological
perspective. Understanding the 'bigger picture' of what is occurring. This
can help clients to understand and overcome repetitive patterns or blocks;
to see the lessons life has been bringing them and the next steps to take.
- Dream analysis used to help you
identify the messages that your unconscious is giving you through your
dreams. Our dreams are part of the healing and evolutionary process.
They provide us with clues and insight as to the steps we need to take
on our journeys to heal and achieve our full potential.
- Psych-K Life Lessons or Messages from Illness, Disease or
Situation Balance used to gain insight about why certain
experiences have occurred and to identify and clear any negative beliefs
that have led to the repeating patterns or illness.
- Channelled messages from your
higher self used to provide you with any message that your higher
self wants you to have at this time.
